1. Ordering
Q: How can I place an order?
A: You can place an order in-store, by phone, or through our online shop (if available). Simply browse our products, add them to your cart, and follow the checkout instructions.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Yes, but only if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No. We currently only deliver within the United Kingdom.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping is 100% free for all UK orders — no minimum spend required.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: We process orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery takes 2–10 working days depending on location and courier schedules.
Q: Which delivery services do you use?
A: We primarily use Royal Mail and other trusted UK courier partners.
