This Payments Policy explains the terms and conditions relating to payments for products purchased from The WhatEver Shop (“we”, “our”, “us”).
It applies to both in-store transactions and purchases made via our online store (if applicable).


1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Currency

  • All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP).

  • Payments must be made in GBP.

  • For international cards (if applicable), your bank or card provider may charge currency conversion fees.


3. Pricing

  • All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and are clearly displayed before checkout.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

  • Promotional or discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after payment is made.


4. Payment Timing

  • In-store purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • Online purchases must be paid in full before the order is processed and dispatched.

  • We do not offer cash on delivery for online orders.

  • We use trusted and secure payment processors to handle all transactions.

  • All card payments are encrypted using SSL technology to protect your personal and financial information.

  • We do not store your card details on our servers.


6. Fraud Prevention

  • We reserve the right to refuse any transaction that appears suspicious or fraudulent.

  • Online orders may be subject to additional verification checks before processing.

  • Fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.


7. Instalment Plans

  • We do not currently offer instalment or finance plans unless stated otherwise.

  • Any future finance options will be clearly advertised and subject to credit checks and third-party finance agreements.


8. Failed or Declined Payments

  • If your payment is declined, the order will not be processed until a valid payment method is provided.

  • Any bank or transaction fees incurred due to insufficient funds or declined payments are the responsibility of the customer.


9. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refund processing times vary by payment provider and may take up to 14 working days after approval.

10. Chargebacks

  • If you believe a payment has been taken in error, please contact us first to resolve the matter quickly.

  • Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in legal action and reporting to payment providers.


11. Payment Disputes

  • All payment disputes should be submitted in writing to thewhatevershops@gmail.com.

  • We will investigate and respond within 10 working days.


12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Payments Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and, where appropriate, communicated to you by email or in-store notices.
